Where the trail ends, the party begins!

Each year, on a warm June evening, more than 600 folks from all over Northeast Ohio gather in Cuyahoga Valley National Park (CVNP) to welcome the start of summer and celebrate our local national park. Elevation – the Conservancy for CVNP’s largest and most jubilant fundraiser – gives park lovers an excuse to trade hiking boots for dancing shoes, as guests enjoy live music, food truck fare, beverages and s’mores around the campfire.

Donations to the event support the Conservancy’s Trails Now Fund, providing critical maintenance for trails, trailheads, and visitor amenities throughout the park.

6:30 PM | First band begins – Shākē Ground. Trail mix station opens. Bar opens, serving beer and wine.

6:30 – 8:00 PM | Food trucks serve up a variety of casual fare.

8:00 PM | Second band begins – CLE Keys (dueling pianos).

9:00 – 11:00 PM | S’mores around the campfire. Music and dancing continue.

Weather: The party will be held, rain or shine.

Tickets include 1 main dish, 2 side dishes, 3 drink tickets (beer and wine, 21+ only), and a complimentary dessert (Mitchell’s ice cream and campfire s’mores). Additional food and drink tickets may be purchased during the event.
