Nature Rx: Mindfulness Walk

Join the Conservancy for Cuyahoga Valley National Park and Crown Point Ecology Center for a mindful nature walk led by Dr. Joe Blanda! This 40 minute walk is approximately a quarter mile long and will be followed by a casual sip and chat. Tea will be provided.

In the case of inclement weather, we will have an indoor gathering space with mindful exercises.

Additional Event Details

Parking/Directions: The address for Crown Point Ecology Center is 3220 Ira Rd, Akron, OH 44333. When you pull into the driveway, follow the gravel road all the way down until you reach the first fork in the road. Stay to the left at the fork and follow the signs for event parking, which will guide you to park in between the two large red barns on the gravel/dirt. Once you park, please make your way up the small hill and around to the front of the century barn where we will be meeting.

What to wear/bring: Please wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes that you do not mind getting a little dirty if conditions are a bit wet. This is a rain or shine event, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable.
