Join our final Nature Rx fireside discussion to learn more about Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and ways to brighten your mood during the winter months. Dr. Denise Gibson and Dr. James Boex will explore the science behind SAD, share practical ways to improve your mood, and reflect on ways to embrace the winter season. This program will take place indoors, next to a cozy fire while participants sip on warm tea.

Parking/Directions: Parking is available at the Hines Hill Campus, 1403 W Hines Hill Rd, Peninsula, Ohio 44264. We will meet at the Stone Cottage.
What to wear/bring: Please wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes that you do not mind getting dirty if conditions are muddy.
Weather: This is a rain or shine event, so please dress accordingly so that you are comfortable.
Cancellation Policy: In the case of severe weather (lightning, hail, heavy snow, storms, etc.) or unforeseen circumstances (staffing, park closures, etc.), we will cancel or postpone. Participants will be notified of any event changes via email as soon as possible.
